For all cadets of Sainik School Manasbal, Ganderbal Rashtriya Rifles in collaboration with Sainik school Manasbal organized a motivational lecture of Miss Tabia Jan an avid Sports person, athlete, and founder of a trekking group generally popular as Adventure_Valley_Club.

The event was organized in the School on 19 Oct 2023 and around 300 cadets, teachers, and Lt Col GH Nath(Retd), Principal, sainik school Manasbal also attended the event.

Miss Tabia Jan has achieved a great stature from her hardwork both in sports as well as in the field of education. The event followed by a formal question and answers session where cadets of all classes were really seen as enthusiastic about pursuing sports. The response of the young cadets was overwhelming.

The cadets and the school faculty praised the initiative undertaken by the Army and expressed their admiration for the men in uniform and requested for more such sessions that would help and motivate the young cadets of UT to inspire themselves to make the step forward in the field of sports.

At the end of the talk Indian Army and Principal, sainik school Manasbal presented Tabia Jan a small token of appreciation for being a youth icon in the valley. At the culmination of the event school has organised an informal tea with cadets where all cadets further approached the young and inspirational athlete.
