BARAMULLA: JD(U) State President G M Shaheen , Secretary General Sajad Mirza , District President Baramulla Ayaz Darwi held a workers’ convention at Baramulla.

JD(U) held a one day workers convention at Baramulla where party G M Shaheen president over the meeting.Hundreds of workers including Party Sr leaders & members of JD(U) party were present on the occasion.

G M Shaheen said that for gear up for upcoming parliament elections the such gatherings are taking place as other things are happening on the ground too,”we meet on these occasions and get together with our workers who are facing different hardships as winters has knocked out doors “he said.

Mr Shaheen said, “Youth is our future, and we cannot afford to let our youngsters fall prey to negative politics. They deserve the best opportunities and a promising future, and it is our responsibility to create an environment that could pave the way for a better future for our youth.”

Sajad Mirza said on the occasion highlighting the hilly terrain of Baramulla district urged authorities to make adequate arrangements including availability of electricity, medical facilities, better road connectivity, stocking of ration and other facilities ahead of winter.

JD(U) Party President G M Shaheen concluded his speech urging the workers and supporters to remain steadfast in their fight for justice and to choose wisely in the upcoming elections.(CNI) Current News of India
