Srinagar : Chotay Taray Foundation organized a One Day program at Women’s College, M. A Road Srinagar to commemorate the International Day for Person with disabilities. The event was a huge success, with the chief guest being Dr. Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, IAS Secretary Tourism and Culture, Government of J& K.

The highlight of the event was the series of performances by children with disabilities, who showcased their talents and abilities alongside the team of CTF. The event was also graced by the Special Guest Commissioner for Person with Disabilities, Mr. Mohammed Iqbal Lone, along with other esteemed guests such as Dr. Ruhi Jan Kanth, Principal of Government College of Women, M. A Road, Srinagar and Dr. Kharulnisa, Chairperson of Child Welfare Committee, Srinagar.

The guests all emphasized the need to empower people with disabilities and highlighted the services available to them. They also commended the efforts of the children and their parents for their tireless efforts. Overall, the event was a heartwarming celebration of inclusivity and diversity, spreading awareness and promoting equal opportunities for people with disabilities.
