Anantnag : Anantnag Police Continuing their efforts to eradicate the drug menace from Society, Today they have arrested one drug peddler along with 10 bottles of banned codiene syrups.

An official told News Agency Current News of India (CNI) that A party from Police Station Bijbehara laid a naka at Hassan pora, during Naka checking at Hassanpora Bijbehara they have arrested one person namely Javid Ahmed Dar Son of Ghulam Hassan Dar Resident of Tulkhan Bijbehara along with 10 Codine Phosphate bottles.

He said that he was shifted to police station bijbehara and contraband was seized.

In this regard, Case under relevant sections of law stands registered in Police Station Bijbehara and investigation taken up.(CNI) Current News of India
