Sopore : Akhtar Rasool apprised the directorate of various difficulties being faced by the local masses in town due to lack of health facilities,as a result of which the people have to rush to Srinagar in case of ‘emergency’ or to outside State for ‘specialised treatment’.Thereby increasing the referral rate of patients to Main city hospital to a large extent.The directorate was mindful of the fact the dependence of outskirts pateints on SDH Sopore.
