Baramulla : J&K Govt. on Friday accorded a sanction for changing the name of “Jhelum Stadium, Janbazpora Baramulla” as “General Bipin Rawat Stadium”.

As Per News Agency Current News of India (CNI) that the J&K government said that the Youth Services and Sports Department and Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla shall take immediate necessary steps including amending their records for effecting the change.

Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir has been ordered to organise an appropriate event in connection with naming of the stadium.(CNI) Current News of India
