Kashmir schools federation held a press conference today at Srinagar to address the burning issues pertaining to the private schools in Kashmir division
The issues that were undertaken are as under :-

Ist of All the introduction Of NEP 2020 was discussed in a thread bare manner and all stakeholders reached the conclusion that NEP 2020 is of great importance for the development of the schools in particular and the betterment of the students in general,
The Federation endorsed that NEP 2020 is a policy that pulls the educational system of the state with the rest of the country.

The state land issue was also discussed in which the stakeholders came to a solution that would benifit the schools as well as the Govt.It was suggested that the state land should be given to the school owners on lease basis as has been given to missionary schools,

The private schools are also being asked to submit at least 10 NOCs from different departments which consumes the precious time of the school administration to get them from the concerned authorities, which results in lapsing of the certificates from time to time while procuring the said certificates from one department to the other.

The political non involvement certificate was abolished by the govt long before to ease out the schools authorities intead of it the character antecedent certificates of the managing body personal were asked to get it from the concerned SHOs as ordered by the worthy Div. Com kashmir Respected Pole sahib, so it is being requested to the present administrative heads to take into account the same procedure of providing the said certificates, so that the precious time of the management would not go in waste.

Once again the Kashmir schools federation kashmir requested the Govt. Especially Honourable LG Manoj sinha sahib that the Registration Cum return forms should be accepted by the Board of school education Kashmir, at the earliest so that the future of the students would be Safeguarded and in addition to that the 10 th class examination forms must also be accepted by the concerned authorities so as to mitigate the sufferungs of the school owners as well as the student community.(CNI) Current News of India
