Srinagar : In a historic move, three previously distinct factions of the Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation (KTMF) have merged to form a formidable alliance under the unified banner of “Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation (Regd).” This momentous decision was formalized in a consolidation ceremony that signifies a new era of collaboration and synergy within the trade community.

The merger brings together the collective strengths and resources of these factions, aiming to streamline efforts, foster unity, and amplify the impact on issues pertinent to the trading and manufacturing sectors in Kashmir. The unified federation is poised to play a pivotal role in advocating for the interests and welfare of the business community.

The unified ceremony, presided over by the Chairman of the newly consolidated KTMF, was attended by key leadership figures, including representatives from each of the merging factions. The collaborative spirit was evident as leaders from different backgrounds and perspectives came together with a shared commitment to the prosperity and growth of the trade and manufacturing industry in the region.

The ceremony, held in Srinagar, was chaired by the esteemed Chairman of KTMF, Abrar Khan, and witnessed the presence of key leadership figures including President Hilal Ahmed Mandoo, Vice President Mohammad Ayub Laway, Chief Patron Mohammad Raiab Kuchay, Chief Organiser Bashir Ahmed Siraj, Secretary S A Rashid, Secretary Treasurer Danish, Farooq Rangrez Sahib, and other esteemed members of KTMF.The veteran trade leaders who graced the higher positions and ranks of KTMF include Haji Mushtaq Ahmed Darial (Patron), Mushtaq Ahmed Sagar (Patron), Advocate G.N.
