In pursuance to the Ministry of Defence’s letter dated 17.11.2021 read with Corrigendum No. 10/4/REQN/POLICY/REVISION/20182023/387/SO(II)/D(Lands)2017 dated 29.09.2022, it is hereby ordered that the revised rates of rent for the properties occupied by the Defence Forces in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir shall be as under:-

The payment of revised rentals will be effective from 16.02.2018 to 15.02.2023.
