Srinagar, Mar 03 (CNI):- Three laborers have fallen into the river Jhelum as an old bridge has collapsed on the river Jhelum in the Gingal area of Uri in North Kashmir Baramulla district on Sunday officials said.

Reliable sources told news agency Current News Of India CNI said that three laborers have fallen in jhelum at Gingal when an old bridge, they were dislocating collapsed.

Soon after the incident Police, Army alongwith locals started searches are on to locate them.

However’ after heretic effects one body was recovered and other two are still missing.they said.

The official identified the missing persons as Shakeel Ahmad Mir S/o Sayeed-ullah Mir R/o Kupwara; Bilal Ahmad Reshi S/o Abdul Ahad Reshi R/o Arizal Budgam; and Mohammad Aslam Chauhan R/o Anantnag.

Meanwhile Police have taken cognizance in the incident and started investigation in the regard.-(CNI)
