Madwan: In a scathing attack on National Conference BJP district President Bandipora Naseer Lone on Sunday said that Madwan village has immensly suffered for decades due to bad governance by national conference after grabing votes .
He criticized the National Conference (NC) for the prolonged lack of development in Madwan village of Sonawari constituency.
During a party workers’ convention held in Madwan, Naseer Lone expressed deep concern about the village grappling with a severe shortage of basic amenities, including roads, hospitals, and clean drinking water.

Naseer Lone took center stage to rebuke NC leader Akbar Lone. Expressing dismay over the state of affairs in the Sonawari constituency, he highlighted the absence of fundamental facilities such as a hospital and a J&K Bank branch in Madwan village.

“It’s a shame for them,” declared Naseer Lone, emphasizing that despite the NC’s historical governance in the constituency, essential services remain elusive. Urging party workers to rally in large numbers, he encouraged them to strive for a symbolic victory, symbolized by the lotus, in the upcoming LS polls.

Lone cautioned workers against falling prey to hollow promises from traditional political parties, stating, “They will return, making the same false pledges to secure your votes.
