Jammu : The call for return to valley by displaced given by Advocte Sh.Ashok Ji Bhan is ill advised and unfortunate, with out giving a proper thought of this sensitive issue.
As an individual, any Kashmiri Pandit or a family is at liberty to return valley where and when he or they wish, but return of a community which has been prosecuted, humiliated, murdered, looted,challenged co– existence, snatched their rights,eroded thier religious imprints ,so on and so forth, it is imperative to give sensitive and serious thought and decide what is in the interest of the displaced community and in the interest of its future generations and progeny to come.
Secondly, where to return.?, to,the places where homes ,land and property snatched, burnt, where KP,s treated an agent of India,and fifth columnists, where he is treated as stranger, and is well comed only for two days gust.
Should KP community return to those places where he even not knowing his killers,looters ,and not whether that verse of communalism, separatistism has dead down.have their looted property returned,land return, is there really a congenial atmosphere where KP,s can again as free Indian and Hindu for another one century.?
.Above all who will give reply to our following questions and queries?
(1)Who was responsible for extermination of Kashmiri Pandits.
(2)Subjected Kashmiri Pandits to brutal torture to instill fear among us in order to achieve their communal and other goals.
(3)who engineered a forced mass exodus of KP,s from the land of their ancestors, issued threatening letters, kidnappings and torture deaths.
(4) who were responsible for attacks, molestation, kidnappings, gang rapes of the Kashmiri Pandit women folk in order to instil fear and humiliation in them.
(5)Who Destructed and burnt of the residential houses of the Hindus who leave their homes in look out for safety. Looting of their properties and appropriation of their business establishments to ensure that they do not return.
(6) who attachment of our landed property.
(7) Who destructed social base of the Hindus by the desecration and destruction of our places of worship in valley.
(8) Who made appropriation of the property of the Hindu shrines and its attachment to Muslim religious endowments.
Who forcibly encroached our houses, land and property, have they all come from Pakistan.
( 9) Who snatched our right of representation in JK assembly after Delimitation of Habbakadal constituency where from KP MLA was sure to represent us in assembly
( 10 ).Who avoided to pass the shrine bill in assembly, when. there was no problem to have Auqaf and Gurdwara boards to protect the Muslim and Sikh religious property, then what was problem with acting law for Hindu. religious property., basically they never wished so.

( 11) Who changed the nomenclature of religious places, like Shankra-Charya, Hariparbat, Anantnag & Srinagar and many other hundreds of places got changed into Muslim names like Sulieman Teing, Kohimaran, Islamabad, Shar–e- Khas and so on. KP’s have been marginalized, isolate and ignored on all four fronts of political, economical, social and religious, when they have been law abiding citizens, not took law and order in their hands, not damaged govt. property or adopted any other violent means as compared youths in the valley.
