Leh CNI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today marked the 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas, paying homage to the valor and sacrifices of the Indian armed forces.
As per News Agency Current News of India (CNI) Speaking from the revered grounds of Ladakh, PM Modi reflected on the enduring legacy of the Kargil War heroes.
“Today, this great land of Ladakh is witnessing the 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas. Kargil Vijay Diwas tells us that the sacrifices made for the nation are immortal,” he stated, highlighting the indomitable spirit and bravery of the soldiers who fought in the 1999 Kargil conflict.
