Sunil Dimple president mission statehood in a press conference today has demanded the prime minister Narendra Modi, home minister Amit Shaha to immediately withdraw the power from LG Manoj sinaha, to nominate 5 MLAs by LG and allocate the nomination powers to the elected majority parties government, who so ever forms the j&k Govt.
Dimple allged this is a conspiracy of nomination of MLAs to make govt through the rajbhawan.
Dimple alleged earlier also that all the powers had been given to the LG , CS by more powers than the elected chief minister, ministers, MLAs.
He allged this is also part of the conspiracy to keep jammu Kashmir people under their feet.
Dimple appealed to all the political parties NC, congress, PDP, apni party, PC, azad party to come on one platform and if need arises call “jammu band” against this step as this is the murder of democracy.
Dimple threatened to call Jammu band and he is in touch with all political parties against the nomination of five MLAs by the LG.
said this will be the murder of democracy if LG nominates five MLAs these five MLAS nominations should be done by the elected chief minister, govt whoever comes in power.
He said NC-Congress – like minded parties winning 62-65 MLAs & BJP getting only 12-16 MLAs.

Dimple alleged as the MLAs are to be nominated by the lieutenant governor on the advice of the union home ministry, this will be the murder of the democracy. Then what is the fun of the assembly election?
He said through Rajbhavan back doors the BJP will have a major say in the lieutenant raj bhawan and its leaders are expected to find a place in the assembly by nominations.
Dimple also retrited the demand of immediate restoration of jammu Kashmir state, state subjects, immediate starting of the darbar move and the implementation of instrument of accession condition of accession day.
