Granting statehood to Jammu & Kashmir would be a catastrophic mistake, imperiling the region and the nation. The Abdullahs, with their Kashmir centric and semi-separatist ideology, would regain power, reviving harmful policies and divisiveness.
They will again make their best for Revival of Article 370 and 35A, undermining national integrity and unity, there will be resurgence of separatist activities, fueling terrorism and communal divisions
corruption, favoritism, and red tape, misusing Indian taxpayers’ money
shielding pro-Pak elements and terrorists, compromising national security, suppression of nationalist forces, silencing voices of unity and progress.
The Abdullahs’ past regimes were marred by corruption, nepotism, and separatism, their links with separatist leaders and Pakistan-backed elements are well-documented.
The Kashmir region witnessed unprecedented development and stability under Governor’s rule and lot of control is brought on militancy and terrorists activities.
Now by giving full powers to Abdullah,s will emboldened separatism, threatening national sovereignty, increased radicalization, jeopardizing regional peace, economic stagnation, hindering progress and development, social fragmentation, exacerbating communal tensions.
The nationalist forces would face suppression,ignored and isolated as usual and Indian taxpayers money would be misused.
The Jammu & Kashmir’s stability and India’s national interests demand cautious consideration.
We urge the Central Government to:
exercise caution in restoring statehood and ensure nationalist forces remain empowered
Protect Indian taxpayers’ money Preserve national integrity and unity.
The nation’s interests must take precedence over political agendas.
To prevent this chaos, authority should remain with the Governor and Ministry of Home Affairs. Close monitoring of the Abdullah government is crucial to prevent foul play and protect national interests.
Jammu & Kashmir’s stability and India’s national interests demand cautious consideration. We must prioritize unity, progress, and national security over political expediency.”.
