Jammu: Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Chaudhary on Wednesday dismissed the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as a “frustrated” and irrelevant entity, stating that there is no need to respond to its frequent remarks.
Speaking to reporters, Chaudhary said, “The people have rejected PDP, and it is merely trying to stay in the news. We can’t keep responding to their statements daily.”
Focusing on the current administration, he emphasized that Jammu & Kashmir is actively working to resolve key challenges. He highlighted that the Omar Abdullah-led government is making every possible effort to improve people’s lives.
“The Omar government is addressing the backlog of work left undone in the past 10 years. We have only completed 3.5 months in office, and there is still a long road ahead,” he added.
