Baramulla, 17 March (CNI): A train ran over at least 12 sheep in the Raipora Palhallan area in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district in the early morning of Saturday.
Sources told Current News of India (CNI) that the sheep flock of Zahoor Ahmad lone of Raipora Palhallan, was attacked by a pack of dogs when he was heading towards green pastures to graze them, They then walked onto the railway track and a moving train heading towards Banihal from Baramulla ran over the sheep flock.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident and started further investigation in this regard. (CNI)
