CRPF’s 45 BN Launches ‘MADATGAAR’ Initiative, Holds Free Medical Camp in Bandipora’s Gund Jahangir Village

Bandipora,(cni) :- As part of its Civic Action Programme, the 45th Battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) launched its humanitarian initiative ‘MADATGAAR’ by organizing a free medical camp in Gund Jahangir village in Hajin area of Bandipora district.

The medical camp was aimed at providing free healthcare services to the underprivileged and underserved residents of the area. A team of experienced doctors, paramedics, and CRPF medical staff were deployed to offer general health check-ups, distribute free medicines, and provide medical consultations to the villagers.

Dozens of residents, including women, children, and the elderly, availed the benefits of the medical services. The initiative was widely appreciated by the local community, who expressed gratitude for the CRPF’s continued support and engagement in addressing their health-related concerns.

Speaking on the occasion, CRPF officials highlighted that the ‘MADATGAAR’ initiative is designed to strengthen the bond between security forces and local communities by extending a helping hand in sectors like health, education, and social welfare.

Local residents expressed heartfelt gratitude towards the 45 BN CRPF officials for their efforts in organizing the free medical camp. Zahoor Ahmad bhat a local resident and Chairman of civil society Gund Jahangir said that, “We received free medicines and medical check-ups from the doctors. We are thankful to the CRPF and hope that more such programs will be organized in our area in the future.”

The medical camp was held at Government High School Gund Jahangir and witnessed active participation from local leaders, teachers, and community members, further fostering a spirit of mutual trust and cooperation.

The CRPF assured that similar outreach programmes will be held in the future across other villages in the region to uplift and support marginalized communities. (Cni)
