Kupwara, (cni): In a tragic incident, DySP (Probationary) Aamir Amin Bhat passed away due to a sudden heart attack, leaving the entire Kupwara district in deep shock and mourning.

Aamir Amin Bhat, son of Mohammad Amin Bhat and a resident of Bhat Mohalla, Ujroo Langate, was appointed as a Deputy Superintendent of Police in 2024 under Government Order S.No. 17. Known for his dedication and commitment to public service, his untimely demise has created a void in the law enforcement community.

Family members, colleagues, and locals expressed profound grief over the sudden loss of the young officer, who was seen as a rising star in the Jammu and Kashmir Police.

Funeral prayers were held in his native village, where a large number of people gathered to pay their final respects.
