Srinagar, (cni): Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday said that the armed forces remain ever vigilant in defending India’s borders and described Operation Sindoor as a highly effective and well-coordinated strike against nine terror sites.
Opening the debate in the Lok Sabha on the Pahalgam terror attack and the subsequent operation, Singh as per news agency cni said that seven terror camps were completely destroyed, and India possesses concrete proof of the damage inflicted inside Pakistan-occupied Jammu & Kashmir (PoJK) and Pakistan.
He asserted that the attacks were non-escalatory in nature and carried out with precision. “Before executing Operation Sindoor, our forces studied every aspect and chose an option that would cause maximum damage to terrorists while ensuring no harm to innocent civilians,” Singh said.
