Jammu, cni:- Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, today said that he has spoken to senior officials and took stock of the ongoing rescue and relief operations at Chashoti in Kishtwar, where flash floods caused widespread damage.

The LG assured that the administration will ensure the reconstruction of houses damaged in the floods. He further said that directions have been issued to senior officials to provide

immediate relief and ensure uninterrupted essential supplies to the affected families.
Sinha reaffirmed the government’s commitment to stand by the people during this difficult time and to extend all possible support for their rehabilitation.(cni)
