In a significant effort to boost community welfare and digital empowerment, Social activist and Chairman of Samvedna Society, Keshav Chopra, organized a comprehensive public outreach and distribution drive. The event was specifically designed to bridge the gap between government schemes and the public by providing local residents with immediate access to essential documents, including Ayushman Bharat health insurance cards, ABHA digital health accounts,Ration Cards and Voter ID cards. The drive saw a massive turnout, benefiting a wide range of citizens, seeking healthcare security to young adults entering the democratic process.
Keshav Chopra while speaking emphasized that the primary mission of the Samvedna Society is to ensure that government welfare reaches the grassroots level. He took special care to encourage the youth who received their Voter IDs, reminding them that voting is a powerful way to contribute to the country’s progress.Focusing on healthcare, Chopra explained that the Ayushman Bharat card is a vital tool for every family, providing up to 5 lakh in annual insurance for hospital treatments. This ensures that no family has to face financial ruin due to a medical emergency. He also talked about the ABHA card, which stores a person’s medical history digitally. He explained that this modern system allows doctors to see a patient’s records instantly and securely, making medical visits much easier and removing the need to carry physical files. Chopra expressed his sincere gratitude to the Jammu & Kashmir Administration and Election Commission of India for their tireless efforts in improving digital infrastructure, healthcare and Voting accessibility for everyone.
Concluding the event, Keshav Chopra reaffirmed the commitment of the Samvedna Society to continue its mission of raising awareness about social welfare, drug prevention, and citizen empowerment.
