New Delhi, CNI NEWS: Mahant Raju Nath Chandel ‘Guruji’ and a senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Scheduled Caste (SC) Morcha met Shri Tarun Chugh—the National In-charge of the SC Morcha and a Rajya Sabha MP—today. He honored Shri Chugh with a traditional stole (Angavastram) following his appointment by the BJP as the National Office Secretary and In-charge for Gujarat. Mahant Chandel remarked that during Shri Chugh’s tenure, the SC Morcha and the Valmiki community, in particular, received significant attention and respect. He stated that the Valmiki community takes great pride in him and will work with great strength to ensure the victory of the BJP’s ‘Lotus’ symbol in the upcoming Punjab Assembly elections; the community stands firmly with the Narendra Modi government and Shri Tarun Chugh.

Under Tarun Chugh’s leadership, the Valmiki community is determined to help the BJP form the government in the Punjab Assembly.

Speaking on the occasion, Mahant Guruji Raju Nath Chandel stated that the Punjab government has pushed the state’s youth into the grip of drug addiction; every third person has become addicted to narcotics and synthetic drugs (chitta), and both the Aam Aadmi Party and the Congress party have proven completely incompetent in curbing this menace. Regarding the Congress party, he noted its pivotal role in the anti-Sikh riots, adding that the party honors the killers of Sikhs by according them the status of ‘martyrs.’

He asserted that if any party has truly honored the Sikh families who lost loved ones in the 1984 riots, it is the Bharatiya Janata Party. He declared that the Congress party remains forever culpable regarding the Sikh community, and the people are determined to oust both the Congress and its ally, the Aam Aadmi Party, from Punjab—a mission in which the Valmiki community will play a crucial role.
