transaction.Parmesh Construction Company Ltd has emerged as the highest bidder for the coveted land parcel after submitting a financial offer of ₹421.75 crore, according to tender-related information.The development has raised eyebrows over the proposed transfer of a strategically located and commercially significant property to a company described by Mufti as
non-local. She has sought greater transparency over the bidding process, the eligibility of the successful bidder and the precise terms governing the proposed transaction.The controversy assumes added significance given the location and substantial financial value attached to the Sangarmall property.
