Parvaiz wani cniJammu : CNI NEWS As part of the 94th Anniversary of the Indian Air Force and in tribute to the gallant heroes of the Kargil War, the Indian Air Force is undertaking a historic cycling expedition from Kanyakumari to Kargil, in three phases.The third and concluding phase, from the National War Memorial, New Delhi, to the Kargil War Memorial, is presently underway.

The expedition is on its sixth day, with the contingent having reached Jammu .The riders commenced their day’s journey from Pathankot at 0700 hours forJammu before proceeding towards Kargil. Despite the en-route challenges, the team continues its determined advance, embodying the values of courage, sacrifice and service.The expedition commemorates the bravehearts of the Kargil War, whose valour and supreme sacrifice safeguarded the nation’s sovereignty. The riders carry forward their enduring legacy of service, courage and sacrifice as they proceed towards the Kargil War Memorial.CNI NEWS
