Srinagar, September 27 (CNI) – In a significant development, the State Investigation Agency (SIA) initiated raids at multiple locations across South Kashmir today. These operations are part of the ongoing investigations into the tragic killing of bank guard Sanjay Sharma in February earlier this year.

A high-ranking official disclosed that these raids are currently in progress at various sites in South Kashmir, particularly in the regions of Shopian, Pulwama, and Anantnag. The investigative actions are being conducted in connection with FIR No 14/2023, related to the fatal incident involving ATM guard Sanjay Sharma from Pulwama.

The SIA’s involvement in this case comes after the initial investigation was conducted by Pulwama Police. Subsequently, the case was transferred to the State Investigation Agency for further inquiry. This development marks a significant step in the pursuit of justice and the resolution of this case. (CNI)
