Flash floods struck Sikkim early on Wednesday, leaving 102 people missing, including 22 military, and 14 people dead.

Over 2,000 people have already been evacuated, and 26 individuals have been injured, according to state government statistics.

The state government has reported that over 22,000 people have been impacted and that 11 bridges have been washed away.
