A Srinagar resident took his own life on Friday morning by jumping into the Jehlum River from the Abduallah Bridge.

Shortly after the incident, river police collected the man’s body.

According to a River Police spokesman, an operation was quickly begun after a guy jumped from Abdullah Bridge. He declared that the man’s body had been found.

The dead was identified by the official as Ramiz Raja Ganai, a Kaksarai inhabitant who was now staying at Sarai Balal Srinagar.
