Pampore, Oct 09: In a tragic incident, a female tourist from Thailand passed away at a wedding ceremony in Pampore area of South Kashmir.

Sources told news agency , the foreign tourist, identified as Saranjai Trimas, daughter of Late Thaunun from Thailand, reportedly became unconscious during the marriage. She was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, but unfortunately, the doctors declared her deceased upon arrival.

The sources attribute the cause of her death to a heart attack.

Sources further said that she had been invited to the wedding by a prominent businessman.

A police official told that a case has been registered, and a thorough investigation is currently underway.(CNI) Current News of India
