Today on 14/10/2023 elections for the executive body of the Bar Association Baramulla were conducted at District Court Complex Baramulla under the supervision of Mr GN Ahsan Advocate and his team at Bar room Baramulla.
For the presidential Post three candidates were in fray in which Miss Nilofer Masood Advocate secured 60 votes and Mr Hilal Ahmad wani Advocate secured 42 votes and the third contestant Mr Suhail Tariq Wani Advocate secured 17 votes as such Miss Nilofer Masood Advocate was declared elected as president, for the post of vice president Mr Basharat Khaliq Advocate secured 68 votes and Mr Altaf Hussain Advocate secured 52 votes as such Mr Basharat Khaliq Advocate was elected as vice president, for the post of General secretary 2 candidates were in fray out of whom Mr Ahmmad Umar.

Bhat Advocate secured 93 votes and Mr advocate Azim pandit Advocate secured 26 votes as such Mr Ahmed Umar Advocate was declared elected as General Secretary of the Bar Association, for the post of joint secretary out of three contestants Mr Irfan Ahmed wani Advocate secured 72 votes and Mr Mohd Anayat advocate secured 38 votes where as Mr Arif Hussain Mir Advocate secured secured 10 votes as such Mr Irfan Ahmad wani advocate was declared as the joint secretary of the Bar Association and
for the post of treasurer out of two contestants Mr Mohammed Hussain Loan Advocate secured 60 votes and Mr Mohammad Hussain dar Advocate secured 58 votes as such Mr Mohd Hussain Loan Advocate was declared as the winning candidate for the post of treasurer.
