Addressing a press conference Sunil Dimple president mission statehood today said the J&K state and article 370 will come back.
Dimple said we want the state of jammu kashmir state on the conditions, which maharaja harisingh ji signed, the stand still agreement of j&k state accession with india.
Dimple said the verdict on our petitions filed on abrogation of article 370, j&k statehood will be announced shortly.
Dimple said the way in which BJP govt, running the j&k affairs will definitely lose all the six parliament seats of j&k and ladakh.
Dimple warned that our struggle will continue till the implementation of instruments of accession conditions, article 370, 35-a, state subject and unification j&k ladakh, pok, gilgit, blatistan in j&k state.
He said we want the jammu kasshmir state back, on the conditions which maharaja harisingh ji signed, stand still agreement of j&k state accession with india.
He allged after the installation of the popular govt, restoration of j&k state, article 370, we will reverse, all the one thousand harsh anti jammu Kashmir central laws imposed on the jammu Kashmir, by the use of force, by BJP bhartya janta party, on the people, youths, emplooyes of j&k.
He said we will convert and cancel all domiciles into state subject PRC, and throw out thirty lakhs other states people entered in our j&k dogra state.
Dimple allged BJP has imposed un declared emergency, no one is allowed to speak, no one is allowed to raise the voice of the demands, no one is allowed to protest, speak in press club, harisingh park jammu, press enclave Kashmir, the youths , govt employees voice has been dubbed.
Dimple strongly criticized the ban imposed on the govt employees to raise their demands, or protest.
He demanded the prime minister to withdraw this undemocratic order on govt employees. He said after statehood we will reverse this ban on employees.
