Baramulla : Pattan Police has arrested a Notorious Drug Pedler along with Charas Powder at Mirgund area of District Baramulla for which General Public has highly appiriciates the efforts of Pattan Police against Drug Mafia

Police Sources told Current News of India (CNI) that Continuing its efforts to eradicate the menace of drugs from the society, Police have arrested drug peddler in Baramulla and recovered contraband substances from his possession.

A police party of Police Post Mirgund headed by IC PP Mirgund under the supervision of SDPO Pattan at a checkpoint established at Kripalgarh Singhpora intercepted one person.

During the search, 110 grams of contraband Charas Powder like substance was recovered from his possession, who was later identified as Adil Manzoor Sheikh son of Manzoor Ahmad Sheikh resident of Iqbal Colony Singhpora Pattan. He had been arrested and shifted to PS Pattan where he remain in custody.(CNI) Current News of India
