JAMMU: The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) has extended a warm welcome to Atal Dulloo on his appointment as the Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir.
In a gesture of congratulations and support, a delegation led by Manik Batra, Chairman of ASSOCHAM J&K Council and Director of Batra Group, had the privilege of meeting Dulloo to convey their best wishes and felicitations.
