Samba, , CNI: The Border Security Force (BSF) thwarted an infiltration attempt along the International Border in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba district late Thursday night.
According to officials, the incident occurred around 11 pm on May 8.

In a statement shared on social media platform X, BSF Jammu confirmed the development, saying, “At around 2300 hours on 8 May 2025, BSF foiled a major infiltration bid at the International Boundary in Samba district, J&K.”

Security has been heightened in the area following the attempt, with BSF personnel maintaining strict vigil to prevent any further intrusion. (CNI)
