Srinagar, 24 April (CNI) : District Development Council(DDC) Chairperson Baramulla , Safina Baig was honoured with the ‘Atma-Nirbhar Bharat Rashtriya Gramya Sashaktikaran Puraskar -2023 Award’ for his exemplary work in Baramulla district of Union Territory Jammu and Kashmir, at an impressive function held at Dehradun Uttrakhand in the wake of National Panchayat Raj Divas 2023.
As per the News agency-Current News of India (CNI) District Development Council (DDC) Chairperson Baramulla, Safina Baig has brought laurels to the entire UT of Jammu and Kashmir especially District Baramulla by achieving ‘Atma-Nirbhar Bharat Rashtriya Gramya Sa-Shakti-Karan Puraskar -2023 Award’ in recognition of her exemplary public services rendered by her at grassroots levels. These awards were given in District, Block and Gram Panchayat categories which is a testimony that benefits of various welfare schemes and programmes have percolated in the society through different levels of administrative set-ups.
