Deeply saddened about the martyrdom of Rakesh Kumar, a brave soldier from 2 Para Special Forces, who laid down his life during an encounter in Kishtwar. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family.. The nation will always remember his supreme sacrifice and bravery. I also pray for the speedy recovery of the three injured soldiers, who are currently in stable condition.
