Dimple leads a protest against black hit & run law, demands PM to revoke law in the parliament

Jammu : Sunil Dimple president mission statehood led a strong protest against the hit & run black law at bus stand BC road jammu.

Large number of civil society members, transporters, owners, drivers, conductors, joined the protest.

Raised the slogans “hit and run kala kanoon vapis lo”. “ hit & run black law hye, hye”.

Addressing the protestors Sunil Dimple demanded the prime minister and home minister to roll back the black law, in the parliament as the people can’t trust as the law has already been passed in the parliament.

Dimple announced the mission statehood jammu kashmir, will go ahead with our fight & struggle against the “hit & run law” & will continue the struggle till this black hit & run law, is completely revoked & rolled back, in the parliament of india.

Dimple said the assurance of the BJP govt, “home Secy statement is only an eye wash on which one hundred forty lakh population cannot trust.

He said the people of jammu Kashmir & india cannot be made scapegoats if the BJP passes “hit & run law”.

Dimple saide the law has been imposed on every license holder of private and commercial vehicles of india.

He demanded home minister Amit shaha to call a special parliament session and revoke the black hit and run law.

Dimple criticized the j&k govt for doubling the nasiri toll tax from eighty rupees to one hundred sixty rupees.

He alleged the transport minister also announced the closure of sarore toll plaza, within the sixty kilometers but that too remained an assurance for the last two years till today and no toll plza removed.

Dimple demands RTO, SSP traffic to control e-rickshaw, they should operate in their zones allotted to e-rickshaws.

Dimple alleged now the govt has started 100 E-busses battery buses, ola, ten seats small battery autos.

He said after starting the battery smart city buses, the black autos, mini buses, matadors, diesel buses transport are in danger and the drivers, owners are at the verge of starvation.

Dimple said after starting the erikshaws. The black autos are unable to deposit the installment, insurance, passing fee and are facing the traffic police blunt also.

He appealed to every citizen of india & j&k to stand united against this hit & run law & raise voice.
