He also urged prime minister narendra modi, our j&k chief minister omar Abdulla is coming to submit a resolution passed, representing one hundred thirty lakh people youths of jammu Kashmir who are suffering after the abrogation of the article 370.
Dimple said chief justice and the supreme court has already given direction to Modi govt, on our petitions verdict on 13 december 2024 to restore state at the earliest.
Dimple urged prime minister narender modi to announce the restoration of jammu Kashmir state and implement the instrument of accession condition before the j&k accession day on 26 october signed by, maharaja hari singh ji with india.
Dimple said jammu Kashmir state will come back soon in the time bound period.
He further said the struggle for articles 370 will continue.
Dimple said Omar Abdulla govt is a popular elected, stable majority govt for five years and all decisions taking powers should be given to chief minister, ministers, MLAs.
Dimple also demanded Omar Abdulla govt to start state subject PRC, state subject, implement the instrument of accession conditions, start darbar move, against the rising unemployment, poverty in j&k.
Dimple pledged to fight for articles 370, 35-A, j&k state will continue till his last breath and last drop of blood.
