Srinagar, 21 March (CNI) :An earthquake of magnitude 6.6 on the Richter scale shook Jammu and Kashmir parts,The tremors took place at around 10:17 P.M, and lasted for a few seconds, an official said.
A disaster management official said that the epicentre of the earthquake was at a depth of 184 kilometres in the Hindu Kush Region, Afghanistan while tremors were felt across Jammu and Kashmir.(CNI)
