The unit will be operated by AL ABBAS AUTOMOBILES under the leadership of Mr. Jamaluddin Abdul Malik, who described the HLMD as a gateway to high-growth opportunities in the EV sector.
“This model gives local entrepreneurs like us a real shot at being part of the green mobility revolution,” said Malik. “We’re excited to bring Elvania’s ELI-EV two-wheelers to the streets of Bengaluru, starting from Alipur.”
The HLMD format is a copyrighted business innovation by Elvania Energies, designed to promote hyper-local entrepreneurship, especially among youth and women. It aims to create small-scale, community-based EV dealership networks across India.
Elvania’s Founder and CEO, Mr. Aarif Shafi Khanyari, called the Bengaluru launch a milestone in the company’s mission to democratize electric vehicle entrepreneurship. “This isn’t just business expansion—it’s a movement. Bengaluru, being the tech and innovation hub of South India, is the perfect launchpad,” he said.
Elvania also announced the opening of its first Company Depot Unit (CDU) in Delhi on June 10, which will serve as the northern hub for logistics and operations.
“Our target is to establish 1,000 HLMDs and 25 CDU hubs across India. We want to enable grassroots entrepreneurship, especially for youth and women, while contributing to local economies and environmental sustainability,” said Khanyari.
The company has already scheduled upcoming HLMD launches in Kashmir, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Ranchi, Noida, and Chennai, indicating strong national interest in its dealership model. Elvania’s ELI-EV two-wheelers, noted for their durability, sleek design, and affordability, will be the core product driving this expansion.
