Ganderbal, :In a major crackdown on individuals involved in anti-national activities, Ganderbal Police has attached immovable
property worth ₹3.47 crore under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA). The properties—comprising agricultural land measuring 09 Kanals and 07 Marlas—belong to three persons who had illegally crossed over to Pakistan to receive arms and ammunition training.
The attachment was carried out following an order from the Hon’ble Court of Additional Sessions Judge Ganderbal in connection with Case FIR No. 48/2009 under Section 13 of the UAPA, registered at Police Station Kheerbawani.The individuals whose
properties were seized are identified as Firdous Ahmad Wani, son of Late Ghulam Ahmad Wani, resident of Treesa Safapora; Mohammad Ramzan Bhat, son of Late Ghulam Rasool Bhat, resident of Batpora Safapora; and Mohammad Ayoub
Ganie, son of Late Ghulam Rasool Ganie, resident of Pahlipora Safapora.According to police sources, these individuals had unlawfully exfiltrated to Pakistan in the past and were actively involved in activities detrimental to
