The NCC units of Government Degree College (GDC) Reasi, in collaboration with the NSS unit, organized an awareness program focused on preparedness and safety measures during war-like situations. The program aimed to educate and sensitize NCC cadets and NSS volunteers about precautionary steps and survival strategies in such scenarios.
Prof. Anju Devi, CTO NCC Girls; Prof. Baldev Singh, Program Officer NSS, Prof. Omar Habib, Prof. Apfan Ali; and Mr. Rakesh Kumar, ANO NCC Boys, delivered insightful lectures and shared valuable information with the participants. They emphasized the importance of discipline, alertness, and community cooperation during emergencies.
The event was conducted under the overall supervision and guidance of the Principal, Dr. Udhay Bhanu, who commended the initiative and encouraged students to stay informed and responsible citizens.(CNI)
