Srinagar, – CNI ;- A shocking case of sexual assault has emerged from the Water Works Road area in Nishat, Srinagar, where a woman was reportedly attacked and sustained grievous injuries. According to an official statement issued by the Srinagar Police, the woman was later declared brought dead at the hospital.
The incident has sparked widespread outrage and prompted swift action from law enforcement authorities. An FIR has been registered at PS Nishat under relevant sections of the law. So far, four individuals have been arrested in connection with the crime.
