Jammu and Kashmir is far ahead of other parts of the Country in tourism, Knowledge & Literature-Things are better now in UT, and J&K is moving towards a new morning: Union Minister of Education

Srinagar, 23 February (CNI): The Union Education Minister has said that Jammu and Kashmir is far ahead of other parts of the country in tourism, knowledge and literature. Minister of Education Dharmendra Pradhan said that Jammu and Kashmir are now seeing a new morning of development under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

According to Current News of India (CNI), Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has said that Jammu and Kashmir have been going through a new era for the last three years which is taking it towards a better and prosperous future. Addressing a function on globalization at SKUAST Kashmir, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that due to the decisive leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the administration of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, the situation is now normal in Jammu and Kashmir.

He further said that Jammu and Kashmir are far ahead of the country in tourism, knowledge, literature and various other fields.

While congratulating the Government of Jammu and Kashmir for showing the strength and dynamism of India’s higher education scenario as well as the academic legacy, Pardhan said that Jammu and Kashmir are now seeing a new morning of development under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

He further said that With the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP), we are internationalizing our education. We will support, encourage and facilitate the globalization of SKUAST Kashmir. I also encourage all other universities to join India as a global study destination.

Pradhan said that the whole world is now looking at India’s innovations and skills, especially how it handled the COVID Crisis. In his address, he said that India has overtaken the UK, which ruled over us for 200 years and today is the fastest-growing economy in the world. Prior to 2014, there were only 350 startups in India and today, there are 94,000 startups and 100 unicorns that explain the story of the country’s development under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The Union Minister while criticizing the previous policy said that it had created unemployment among educated youths, However, the new educational policy (NEP) has changed the scenario. He further said that now there has also been an aggrieve startup. He declared Jammu and Kashmir as the birthplace of the perfume mission and purple revolution. (CNI)
