As part of its Civic Action Programme, the J&K Police held a “Run for Peace” Kashmir Marathon event at the Lake View Police Golf Course on Boulevard Road in Srinagar.
The Lake View Park Golf Course to Duck Park Nishat-Foreshore route is where the Said marathon race begins.
According to reports , Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) S.J.M. Gillani marked off the event, which included about 3,000 athletes from all over Jammu and Kashmir.
The event had 13 different categories, and a lot of students, residents, and even wheelchair-bound individuals competed.
