Kashmiri, President KPC The Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) and it’s like minded KP organisations strongly reject and condemn the irresponsible and divisive demands like revival of Article 370 and 53 position to Jammu and Kashmir by NC Parliament Member Mr.

Rahullah. It is unfortunate that, despite holding a responsible position as a Member of Parliament, he continues to oppose the unity and integrity of India by advocating for outdated and

unconstitutional demands that seek to create a divide between Kashmir and the rest of the country.Mr. Rahullah constantly speaks about rights but never acknowledges duties toward the nation. A responsible leader is expected to work for progress, unity, and the well-being of the

people, yet he has never spoken in a balanced or constructive manner in Parliament. Right from the day he took office, he has repeatedly wasted parliamentary time by raising dead issues like Article 370 and the so-called 1953 position, which hold no relevance in today’s Jammu and Kashmir.

Instead of focusing on the real concerns of the people—development, employment, and governance—he remains obsessed with reviving failed, outdated, and regressive narratives.

His continued defiance of the Indian Parliament is an outright insult to the democratic process and the will of the people, who have moved forward under a united India.

The abrogation of Article 370 was a sovereign decision of the Indian Parliament, passed by an overwhelming majority, and has been widely accepted by the people of Jammu and Kashmir who seek peace and progress. Yet, Mr. Rahullah refuses to

acknowledge reality and continues to mislead the people with his anti-national rhetoric.Instead of working for the welfare of all communities in Jammu and Kashmir, he chooses to promote division, discord, and hostility.

His statements prove that he has no commitment to India’s constitutional framework, national unity, or democratic principles.

His approach is not only misguided but dangerous, as it encourages separatist sentiments that have already caused immense suffering in the past.

The Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) suggests Mr. Rahullah to desist from his divisive and separatist mindset. He must stop opposing India’s democratic decisions and align himself with the nation’s progress.

The people of Jammu and Kashmir have moved ahead with a vision of peace, stability, and development—those who cling to outdated, anti-India ideologies will only find themselves isolated.

If he had true democratic and humanism,he should raise issues of Displaced Kashmiri Pandits presently facing, like land snatched from them in Kashmir valley, looted and burnt out priorities ,

consolidated rehabilitation at one place in valley like issues. It is time for leaders to work for national unity, harmony, and the upliftment of all citizens, rather than indulging in disruptive politics that serve no one but their own selfish interests.
