Baramulla 15, Nov (CNI) : The government forces on Sunday launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in Wanigam Payeen village of Pattan in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Reports reaching Current News Of India-CNI, said that a joint team of Army’s 29 RR, 176 BN CRPF, JK Police launched CASO at Wanigam payeen village of Pattan Baramulla after receiving information about suspicious movement of militants in the area.
Sources said door to door search operation is going on and all entry and exit Points were sealed.
A Police officer also confirmed the report to CNI, and added that search operation is going on in the area.
However, no contact was established with the militants so far, when this report was filled.(CNI)
