Pattan Police Booked Several Shopkeepers for defying prohibitory Govt. orders over Covid-19.

Baramulla,06 April: (CNI) To ensure complete lockdown across UT. for the safety of people, several shopkeepers were booked for violation of lockdown in Pattan area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

SHO. Pattan Mr. Nisar Ahamd told CNI that the accused persons were found deliberately defying Prohibitory orders for couple of days and large number of people infornt of their shops were often seen which is likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life.

However, Police has registred cases bearing FIR No. 62/2020 & FIR No.63/2020 u/s 188,269 IPC in Police Station Pattan.

Meanwhile, SHO. Pattan requested people to follow Govt. advisories/orders so that this deadly virus/ COVlD-19 could be controlled.
