Black Marketing of Govt rice, Police seized two trucks loaded with rice in Pattan Bl’a

Srinagar 01 June (CNI) : The Police has seized 366 Bags of rice loaded in Two trucks of FCI and has arrested Drivers involved in Black marketing in Pattan area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

According to Police Statement, issued to news agency-Current News of India (CNI), In an action undertaken by Police station Pattan under the supervision of SDPO Pattan, on specific information seized 366 bags of rice in two trucks bearing registration number JK02V-6397 & JK09-3233 driven by Mohammad Jamal Hajam and Jahangir Ahmad Bhat.

“As per the challan, the rice has been loaded from FCI Godown Kralhar and was meant to be transported to Kulangam Kupwara, instead of taking the rice to Kupwara they were on way to Srinagar for black marketing of the sayd rice”, Statement reads

Meanwhile, A case has been registered at Police station Pattan under the relevant sections of law. (CNI)
