CASO over, Youth detained

Combined forces on Friday cordoned off the Heff village in south Kashmir’s Shopian district during th pre-dawn hours and detained a youth.
As per reports reaching CNI , Qaisar Ahmad Dar son of Farooq Ahmad Dar was detained after CASO ended this morning.
